Introduction

The Board has specific fact sheets to help you better understand our processes. You can open the fact sheets by clicking on a topic on the left hand side. The information is available to you both in a text version as well as in a downloadable PDF file.

To view the PDF files, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

If you are using the latest version of Reader and you are still having trouble, save the PDF file to your desktop rather than trying to open it in the browser window. PC users right-click the link and choose "Save as..." Mac users Ctrl-click and choose "Download link to disk." Then go to the location where you have saved it and double click on it to open it from there.

If you don't have the Adobe Reader plug-in, it is available as a free download from Adobe's website at adobe.com.
