How Will I Get My Decision?

The Board’s written decision and award cheque, if any, will be mailed to you at your last known address. It is important that you let us know as soon as possible of any change of address.

Please be advised that it is not the Board’s usual practice to provide information about decisions over the telephone.

If you wish to make arrangements to come in to the office to pick up your decision, you must inform the Board in advance. You will need to bring two pieces of identification with you such as a passport, driver’s license or Social Insurance Number card. At least one piece of identification must have your photo on it.

Please note that examples of sample Board decisions can be found in the Annual Reports.
