Application Tips
Following the implementation of the new application form beginning in December 2006, the Board has also created "Application Tips" to assist you with common questions you may have when completing your forms. The forms have been designed specifically for claims arising from homicide and all other acts of violence. Therefore, you may choose the tip package that is right for you from the selection below.
